Try these 5 LinkedIn™️ Content Ideas for the Week

You can use all or none of these ideas, but please try to create at least one spot this week.

Keep creating content and keep being authentic and if there is anything else I can do to help, please shout.

Here are my 5 ideas for you this week

I was asked the other day if it was a good idea to outsource the content creation.

People buy from people who they know, like, and trust so if you ask another person to create YOUR content, it's not you.

Your content should sound like YOU.

I know it's hard, and takes time, but keep persevering because you'll get better.

I've just started playing with CapCut to add more value to my videos. It's so difficult, but each time I add a new transition to my video, I'm learning.

So keep up the content.

It won't be long until you are writing a book with content ideas!!

If I can, anyone can.

1Burns Night

With Burns Night approaching, there's a wealth of material to weave into a post.

Think about the historical roots of the celebration, your favourite Robert Burns poem, or even your go-to poet.

Do you do any Burns Night celebrations?

Your favourite whisky or maybe some Scottish anecdotes.

Look beyond the obvious.

A celebration, event or tradition can give you plenty of opportunities to share your own experiences and opinions.

2LinkedIn™️ Local

With our LinkedIn™️ Local happening this week I was wondering if you go to such an event?

Networking for people on LinkedIn!!

Started in Australia by Anna McAfee because she wanted to meet her LinkedIn connections offline and used the #LinkedInLocal in the post.

This was June 2017 and it's grown to over 100 countries.

Do you have a LinkedIn™️ Local to attend?

Why not start your own?

You cannot beat a bit of local networking.

3Cervical Cancer Prevention Week

I'm married and have two daughters so I am mindful that we need to talk about this subject and make sure that our special women need to get checked.

Do you have any stories of hope to share?

Did you get checked and catch it early?

Do you work with any of the cancer charities?

Are you doing anything in your office to mark this week to do any fundraising?

Important conversations can become meaningful content.

Think about the causes, communities and issues that matter to you.

4Australia Day

On Friday it is Australia Day. Marking the arrival of British ships in 1788.

Let's talk about Australia.

Have you ever been?

Share your stories of travelling there.

Favourite Australians or maybe talk about the amazing wildlife in Oz.

There's also the Great Barrier Reef and Ayres Rock.

Travel is full of content ideas.

Share a story, a favourite place, a person you've met or something that surprised you.

5Tax Self Assessment Deadline

Have you remembered to pay your taxes yet?

My return was done ages ago, but I've just had a reminder to pay.

How do you manage your taxes and payments?

Do you set a reminder?

Does your Accountant or Bookkeeper remind you or are you on DD?

Maybe do a helpful post and remind us to pay on time?

Think about what your audience needs reminding about.

A helpful reminder can be a simple and useful piece of content.
