It started in a garden shed in a Devon seaside town — just Ashley Leeds, a quiet coastal view, and a genuine desire to help people feel more confident on LinkedIn™. Started later in life, with no formal strategy, Ashley built the business slowly and intentionally. The philosophy has always been the same: small, consistent daily actions — just 15 minutes a day — compound into real results. Operating since 2021, Full Cup Coaching has grown into a trusted resource for bookkeepers, accountants, coaches, and small business owners who want to grow their LinkedIn presence the human way — without paid tools, without burning out.
